TruckAds® patent pending frame is the only rivet-free, bolt free, screw free vinyl banner media frame system. And it is stronger than metal frames.
Made from a hard durable polymer that affixes displays invisibly to trucks, buses, walls, billboards and more. Incredible strength guarantees a secure bond in temperatures ranging from -40° to 200°F. Your vinyl banner can be reinstalled 100's of times. TruckAds® Frames adhere to glass, metal, fibreglass and other non-porous surfaces for long term reusability. Once installed, the frame and banner projects less than 1/4" from the mounting surface. |
TruckAds® banner frames were put through rigorous tests by a leading independent vehicle engineering and testing firm. It passed without failure. The system was successfully tested at real time speeds of up to 75mph for consistent periods, and 120mph impact speed with 2 vehicles passing very close to each other. It was tested for aerodynamic and mechanical loading and held strong at simulated speeds up to 140mph and simulated distances up to 200,000 miles. It was also tested in all types of
extreme weather conditions, including freezing temperatures, rain, heat and high winds.
TruckAds® Frame Kits come complete and ready to install on most smooth, non-porous, flat mounting surfaces. Kits include the frame, TruckAds® Activator™ and TruckAds® Secur-Tabs®. Secur-Tabs® are the secondary locking system, required for the overall integrity and safety performance of the TruckAds® banner system. The TruckAds® frame system eliminates the need to punch holes in buses, vans, walls and truck sides when attaching flex face vinyl graphics. Installation time using the TruckAds® system after the mounting surface frame has been installed is cut in half when compared to metal frames. It is quick and easy. A four man team can complete a new frame installation on a 53 foot semi-tractor trailer in as little as 90 minutes for both sides. Removal is even
quicker. One person can remove the signs from both sides in about 15 minutes. |
